How frequently do units get serviced?

All rentals come with one maintenance visit per week. High-traffic sites and larger crews can schedule a second visit each week.

What happens during the weekly service visit?

We empty the tank, scrub and disinfect the interior, replenish paper and sanitizer, and inspect the door and latch.

How much lead time do I need for an event weekend?

Two to three weeks is ideal during spring and summer weekends. Book earlier for holiday weekends.

What kind of spot does the unit need?

Flat, solid ground that a service truck can access, free from low wires and away from any active digging.

How do long-term rentals work?

We assign a recurring weekly service day and leave the unit in place until you contact us for removal.
